The Kent County Elections Commission heard arguments in favor of recall for all three officials on Tuesday June 16, 2026 at the Kent County Courthouse. 

3 recall petitions were submitted for Jerry Hale

2 recall petitions were submitted for Mark Anderson

2 recall petitions were submitted for William Thompson

At that time the commission APPROVED all recall petitions for circulation.
